please help!what do i do?

I had nits in my head for one day at school…i caught it from my little cussin.then somebody saw it in my hair in class and the whole class was saying “somebody in this room has lice” and girls kept giving me dirty looks.i went home and cried and i never cry.i’m in 9th grade…i got the bugs out but now i don’t want to go back to school.what do i do…please help,what if they pick on me again what do i say?

    vGirls can be mean back-stabbing bitchs. (Trust me I know, that happened to me before but I had been in 5th grade) This is the two things I had done.

    1. Ignore them. Girls get satisfaction from seeing their “victims”, if you will, all upset over what they had said. So if you just act like they’re not there, look straight ahead, walk confidently, then they is not gonna get the reaction they want and eventually stop.

    2. (This is what I had done) even though I was only a white belt in karate at the time, I punched the girl in the face and gave her a bloody nose, screamed a few expletives, spat, and then I got suspended for unruly activity. It felt so good though! =))

    - fighting is not recommended.

    If those people are bothering you to a point of where you can’t get through your school day, eloping into stages of depression, or thoughts of suicide; seek therapy w/ or w/out your parents/trusted adult.

    If it still bothers you. Move schools & start new.

    tell them you don’t have it anymore. it won’t last long. just be glad you don’t have bald spots covering your whole head like me!
